Quest for the Best- Camp Theme

QUEST FOR THE BEST

OBJECTIVE- Don't let the world's "Dragons" keep you from being your best.  Conquer them.  Teach the Young Women to seek for virtuous, lovely, good, and praiseworthy things.  And to find the best in others, themselves, and in everything they do.

Have each group/ward make a Medieval Crest or Flag to hang up around camp.

Dragons, Knights, Castles, Make a sword in the stone: cut the tip off a Nerf Sword and glue it onto a large rock, Hang Banners in the value colors from long poles, crowns

Have a " _______-a-lots" name to go with each value, such as:  Hope-a-lots (Faith), Worth-a-lots (Individual Worth), Know-a-lots (Knowledge), Choose-a-lots (Choice & Accountability), Serve-a-lots (Good Works), No-a-lots (Virture), etc
ACTIVITIES-

Have a big Medieval Dinner for your last night.  Cook Turkey legs on a spit, have corn on the cob, whole fruit, etc anything you can eat with just your hands.
